We set up a contact@YourBusiness.com.  This is seen as more professional than yourbusinessname@gmail.com.  Any contact form submissions will be sent to your new email address.  Access to this new email can be done with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

Yes, we won’t launch the website until you are satisfied.  We will send a link for you to preview the site during the design.  Each time you see the preview, any feedback is welcome and once we have a list of all the changes and incorporated them, once you give permission then we will make your website live.
